The General Assembly is open to Euroglaces members, partners, and invited guests.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available after registration to the General Assembly. 
Hotel room cancellations are possible until 31 July 2026. 

Please send your cancellation request by email to Sabine Reuter from the Association of the German Confectionery Industry (BDSI) at sabine.reuter(at)bdsi.de before 31 July 2026.

The official language of the event is English.

Business or business casual.

FEES

Please register below to attend the event and to book your hotel room at Europa-Park.

The participant fee must be paid by bank transfer after you have received an invoice from the Association of the German Confectionery Industry (BDSI).

No refunds are available after registration for the General Assembly.

Hotel accommodation is to be paid directly by participants at the hotel during their stay.

Delegate: 800 € + VAT + hotel

Partner: 450 € + VAT + hotel
